OXY-FUEL & PLASMA PROFILING:

OXY-FUEL profiling:
- profiling in desired shapes on the new numerically controlled cutting machine.

- Via the LAN each from our cutting machines is connected to the server, through which cutting is planned and programmed.







PLASMA profiling:
- Plasma cutting is by far the simplest and most economical way to cut a variety of metal shapes accurately.

- By utilising the latest plasma cutting systems, guided by highly accurate CNC profile cutting machines, we are able to produce highly accurate profiles with superior cut quality and minimal heat affected zone or distortion.

- Cutting with a plasma jet enables the cutting of stainless steel and nickel alloys.

    In our steel centre plant for metal profiling there are two state-of-the-art computer controlled coordinate cutting machines, which enable metal sheet cutting from simple to the most demanding shapes. Metal sheet profiling is performed on the basis of your classical drawings or various graphics files (DXF, DWG, IGES, GEO, PRT ...) that can be also sent to us via e-mail to the address:

    All fabricates can be delivered in rolled or heat treated condition.
    We offer a freeissue cutting service to our customers whereby we provide all the benefits of our superior accuracy and service on a range of customer suplied materials.
    Customers requirements can be nested by our CAD/CAM team prior to procurement in order to establish the most economic plate sizes or we can obtain maximum utilisation of existing stocks.
    Highly skilled cutters with several years of expirience in the field of metal sheet profiling are the guarantee for quality.
